A recipe book containing a wealth of local recipes is now on sale.

The Cornish Cook Book shines a light on the exciting culinary landscape of Cornwall. It showcases the region’s thriving food scene, including recipes from some of its finest restaurants, cafés, gastro pubs and markets including Duchy Nurseries in Lostwithiel.

The contributors are united by their love of Cornish produce, which lies at the heart of every recipe. But chefs are equally eager to experiment with different influences.
