Two town councillors have expressed their concerns about the height of the recently laid kerbs outside The Coachmakers Arms in Callington.

Jeremy Gist and Mike Jacobs agreed that if lorries and cars meet on the corner the cars sometimes have to mount the pavements to avoid them. Tony Nettle said that the kerbs are designed to stop cars mounting the pavements and will protect pedestrians, and children walking to school on that road. The final comment on the subject was 'Time will tell.'
