A CELEBRATION of all things Celtic took place at Torpoint library on Friday, April 15 and proved to be a great success. Celtic food featured prominently at the display, with saffron cake and pasties on the menu. A pasty making demonstration was provided by library manager Kate Wilton, who said: 'We promoted our Celtic stock and we had lots of lovely food. It was a great day.' Members of the Old Cornwall Society manned a display, which was a popular attraction among visitors, with the society gaining a number of new members. More than 460 people stopped at the library throughout the day.
