Farmers at yesterday’s annual Prime Stock Show in Liskeard called for Kivells Auctioneers to give them a clear indication about their intentions for the town’s cattle market.
The recently-announced plans by Kivells that they want to build a multi-million pound agri-business with a livestock market on the outskirts of Bodmin has put the continuance of both the Liskeard cattle market and the Prime Stock Show in doubt.
