We will study its effects on Psychological Theory, Law, Politics, Religion, Ethics, Literature and Art. Philosophy is particularly valuable to study in conjunction with these subjects. Philosophy examines and challenges beliefs, sharpens thinking and develops clarity of understanding and judgement. For those reasons, the value of philosophical study is acknowledged by most employers, as well as all Universities.
