Famous wildlife cameraman Doug Allan will be joining the National Marine Aquarium for a special fund-raising event for the Community Seagrass Initiative (CSI) in South East Cornwall.

Taking place on October 22, Doug will give a special talk detailing impossible shoots and hair-raising stories from a career that has taken him all over the world.

From the Antarctic to Africa, Doug’s extensive experience as a wildlife cameraman has seen him work on many productions for the BBC.

Raising funds for the CSI project, the evening will also include raffles, along with other donation opportunities.

CSI is a research project led by the National Marine Aquarium.

Covering the 191-mile stretch of coastline from Looe to Weymouth in Dorset, the project is finding out more about native seagrass and seahorses to help conserve their fragile eco-systems.
