The Jolly's Drinks Cornwall Cricket League's management committee has approved a ten-team Premier League for 2010, with Grampound Road and Penzance being promoted and Callington spared relegation.
It follows the vote at January's AGM by clubs to increase the number of clubs from eight to ten teams, providing the necessary ground and facility requirements are met.
