Businesses and new start ups in the Looe area are being encouraged to share experiences and find out what support is available.
Two online sessions are set to run - tomorrow (Tuesday November 17) and on Thursday, and the information gathered during these workshops will be used to run a new series of support events for business owners and sole traders, covering a range of topics during the Winter.
Cornwall Council is working in partnership with Looe Town Council, the Department for Work and Pensions and Cornwall’s Growth and Skills Hub to pilot a ‘ Virtual Town Take Over Project’. The intention is to explain the range of funding and business support that is available to businesses, in Looe and the surrounding area.
"We are inviting you to join our Zoom Introductory Sessions on 17th November from 9am to 10.30am and repeated on 19th November from 5pm to 6.30pm," said a spokesperson.
"Also, there will be an opportunity to book free 1:1 business reviews with the Growth and Skills Hub who can signpost you to further relevant support."
