A NEW wine bar could soon be running in Liskeard as a cafe owner makes further plans for her new venture.
Janet Dwyer has been running Crumbs, on Windsor Place, for four months, since taking over the lease of the former Seasons Bistro from ex-mayor Jane Pascoe and her husband Paul.
Estate agent Huntley and Partners this week announced that the leasehold had sold off a guide price of £19,950 with an annual rental of £16,000.
Having made some changes already to the decor and menu, Janet says she hopes to open a wine bar within the next month in the downstairs section and courtyard of the premises.
