COMMUNICATIONS company Vodafone is hoping to put a 25-metre mast at St Keyne. The proposed base station installation would be built on land at Churchtown Farm. Vodafone, which is working with fellow mobile phone giant O2, has made a prior notification to Cornwall Council, asking if local authority approval will be required when it comes to the siting and appearance of the mast and associated equipment.
