Refurbishment has started on a recently purchased landmark building in Launceston which will see the former West Country offices for the Environment Agency emerge as a budding new regional centre for business in the South West.

‘Number One’, an historic late Georgian building, is now undergoing a major refurbishment programme to become a one-of-a-kind commercial office space near the Devon/Cornwall border after remaining redundant for many years.
