Friday (June 15) is Britain’s ‘Beer Day’ - and one Cornish brewery is joining in the celebrations.

St Austell Brewery is offering a ‘Buy One and Try One Free’ offer at its Visitor Centre.

The installation of the company’s Small Batch Brewery in 2015 led to new flavours to add to the Brewery’s main brands, Tribute, Korev, Proper Job, MenaDhu and HSD. The Small Batch has been turning out award-winners since it went online in 2016, picking up gold medals in both national and international competitions around the globe.

Many have gone on to become regular fixtures on the bar top, including Eureka American Pale Ale and Underdog Session IPA, both of which started out as Small Batch runs.

Anyone buying a pint of one of St Austell Brewery’s main brands on June 15 at the Hicks Bar can take away a free 330ml can or bottle of any of the small batch brews.
