Looe Bowling Club members were presented with their trophies by President Madge White at the Club's annual end of season dinner held again this year at Trelaske Hotel. Together with the efforts of many members, Captains Pam Arnold and Wally Kingaby, the club has had a most pleasant and successful year. Some of the committee are also involved with other duties in the world of bowling outside the Club. Chris Herman, Club Secretary for several years, is Year 2000 County Senior Deputy President and a national umpire. June Lashbrook (Vice Captain) is Chairman of the Ladies South East Division. Paul Arnold (Mens Treasurer) is County Indoor Bowls Treasurer. The Club Captains for this coming year are Maureen Sainsbury and Dave Berry.
