Gunnislake began this Division Three game impressively and looked the better side during the opening 30 minutes as they established a two-goal lead through Paul Tomkins and Simon Wakeham. However, the visitors showed why they have already won the divisional title as they levelled proceedings before the interval with a brace of goals from prolific goalscorer Gary Bell.

Both sides had their moments in the second half as they searched for a winner but they settled for a point apiece in the end.
