Striker Lee Bryant earned St Mawgan a relegation lifeline at Pensilva with a 70th minute goal on Saturday April 22nd.

In recent ways, St Mawgan have rallied together some brilliant results to stir up an exciting end of season dog fight with fellow strugglers Fowey Town and St Dennis to avoid the drop to Duchy Division Two.

Pensilva, whose first season in Duchy One has been somewhat topsy turvy, swarmed with possession over their visitors but made nothing count, the closest coming from Jamie Page, who forced a good save from the keeper on 68 minutes. St Mawgan had eight good efforts through the entire match, twice forcing good saves from Simon Terrell, either side of Bryant's strike.
