Have you got the gift of the gab? ’What can you blag and how far can you get in 12 hours’ is the question from Cornwall’s Merlin MS Centre as they launch their new Blag It! charity challenge in 2017.

The challenge requires teams of up to four people to get from the Centre to as far as they can in 12 hours without spending any money. Along the way they gain points for various challenges.

Setting off at 10am on August 12, teams of three or four will compete against each other to gain the most points from the challenges, while on route to the furthest point they can reach within Cornwall.

Registration fee is £30 per person to include a customised event T-shirt, ration pack and maps. A minimum sponsorship of £100 per team is asked for, all which will go towards the running of the centre.

Based in Hewas Water, near St Austell the Merlin MS Centre provides day respite, oxygen therapy, physio, exercise and occupational therapy, counselling services, a range of health and well-being therapies, information and support for people throughout Cornwall with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and other neurological conditions.
