The NHS and Air Ambulance Crew are heroes on the front line, but the charity wants the public to show their support while they’re at home.
The lifesaving charity is asking everybody to dress up as a Stay at Home superhero, using only what can be found in the home to create their hero outfits.
Stephanie Bray, fundraising officer for Cornwall Air Ambulance, said: ’It’s all about using this time positively. Even if we’re stuck at home, we can all make a difference.
’The crew are flying every day, saving lives of those who need it most. We all still have a part to play, even if we can’t be there on the frontline, we can support them in other ways.
’We’re asking participants to donate to take part, whatever you can spare, however small, it all adds up. Due to the lockdown traditional fundraising events are postponed, so we are trying to reach the people of Cornwall in new ways, while having a bit of fun with it too!’
People can submit a photo by messaging or tagging any of the Cornwall Air Ambulance social media pages.
