Activities organised by social enterprise group Communities4Kids in Torpoint through the summer holidays have been so popular that an autumn event is now being planned.

The weekly ‘Mini Fest’ groups have been attended by more than 70 families and have included science experiments, sports, nature craft activities, junk modelling and learning circus skills.

After lots of positive feedback has been received from families, a harvest event is set to take place on Sunday, October 9, at The Lawns in Torpoint.

The day will include upcycling and skills sharing, local produce, games, dance, music and crafts, all with a focus on celebrating the changing seasons.
