ATC members set £2,500 target for equipment

MEMBERS of Liskeard Air Training Corps are looking for funding to help pay for expedition equipment. In total, the group is looking for around £2,500. This will enable them to buy camping equipment, stoves and rucksacks and provide an opportunity for the cadets to take part in the Ten Tors and Duke of Edinburgh's expeditions for example. Anyone wanting to help can make a donation, made payable to Liskeard ATC, charity number 398/85. The cadets will be holding an open evening on Friday, April 28, which will be open to all to see the work the cadets have done and the plans for the next 12 months.  Commanding officer Laura Bushell will be on hand to meet people and answer question.
