Saltash cruised into the semi-finals with an emphatic win in a repeat of last year's final.

Saltash started well and early pressure paid off in the 12th minute when a lack of communication saw the home centre back head past her own keeper for the opening goal.

Three goals in a remarkable four-minute spell just after the half hour saw the game over as a contest.
