Nomansland Village Hall committee have created a community seating area in the hall garden to commemorate the end of the Second World War.

The Benefice of St Cleer with Pensilva-St Ive is to be joined with the Parish of St Neot, and Warleggan to form a new Benefice of the South Moor.

Tideford, St Germans and Downderry with Seaton area has raised £3,189.31 for the RBL Poppy Appeal.

A 24-hour Knitathon is being held at The Rising Sun Pub, Gunnislake, on Saturday (November 28) where knitters will be making the longest chain ever.

Advent Sunday Services are taking place on Sunday (November 29) across South East Cornwall.
