This week the Cornish Times has a Recipe of the Week with a difference, as it is a ‘best ever’ jam recipe from a star of the River Cottage series of TV programmes.
Preserves legend Pam Corbin says that of all the recipes for jams in her new book, entitled Pam The Ham: The Book Of Preserves, this one for raspberry jam is her favourite and the one she makes most often.
She adds: ‘It’s super-easy, quick, highly fruity (about 80 per cent fruit) and as reliable as the sun rising.’
