Cornwall Air Ambulance will throw open its doors to gardeners next week for its annual plant sale.

Garden centres, farms and nurseries from across Cornwall have donated hundreds of items for the show from plants and shrubs to bedding plants and vegetable seedlings, gift vouchers, garden furniture, cream teas and a gardening hamper.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet crew and see the helicopter. 

The day will include a garden-themed raffle, pop-up charity shop, teddy tombola, home-made cakes, teas and coffees.

The sale will be held from 11am until 3pm on Sunday, May 21 at Cornwall Air Ambulance headquarters, Trevithick Downs, Newquay, TR8 4DY.
