FREE advice for community groups on how to access funding will be part of an online workshop on Monday (July 9).

The webinar, set to start at 7pm, aims to give practical advice to anyone with an idea for a community project.

It will be hosted by Crowdfunder together with Cornwall Council’s chief executive Kate Kennally and cabinet members Sue James and Edwina Hannaford.

Cornwall Council is able to give match funding to local groups when they raise money through Crowdfunder.

Success stories from the scheme so far include a community orchard and a beach clean up group.
