This week’s Cornish Times Recipe of the Week is for Peach and Sage-stuffed Pork Fillet with Garlic Roasties and comes from chef and healthy lifestyles influencer Ian Haste.

He features the recipe in his first published cookbook, entitled The 7-Day Basket.

He says that it is a proper Sunday roast but it takes less than an hour in the oven to cook.
