A woman has been flown to hospital by air ambulance after a collision in Looe this morning.
Police, fire and ambulance were called just after 9am following the crash involving two cars on Station Road.
A third vehicle was also damaged as a result of the collision.
"One woman was trapped in her car and extracted by the fire service," said a Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson.
"She has sustained injuries and has been airlifted to Derriford by air ambulance.
"Two other people have sustained injuries, not believed serious."
Roads have been closed in the area, including Station Road to St Martin’s Hill, and Looe Bridge the town centre end, and local people are reporting ’gridlock’ on the back lanes.
