POLICE say they have located a man from Liverpool, seen in East Cornwall, who was wanted on recall to prison after breaching his bail conditions.

33-year-old Carl Taylor has been found by officers, said a spokesperson for the Devon and Cornwall force, who thanked the public for all their assistance.
