A mum dialled 999 after a child got a toe trapped in a bicycle chain yesterday.

Bolt cutters were used to cut the chain releasing the trapped toe and after an initial assessment by Launceston firefighters, the child from Lewannick was taken to the minor injuries unit by his mother.
