Rescuers acted quickly amid fears that an overturned car with a driver trapped inside may roll again.

The vehicle had left the road and ended up on its side in a garden near Lanhydrock.

A person was trapped inside and there was concern that the vehicle may roll further.

Bodmin firefighters immediately secured the vehicle using a winch and the casualty was released from the vehicle to be helped by paramedics.

The vehicle was then winched to a safe place by the fire crews.
