A CALLINGTON man has been arrested following a spate of burglaries in Saltash last month.

Police are hoping to return the items to their rightful owner(s).

The suspected stolen items were found by officers investigating a series of burglaries in the town in November.

The items are a blue bench drill, an orange and black Black and Decker drill, a blue Erbauer router (model ERB210C/ RO9WO3), a grey laser 750 watt pendulum jigsaw (model PJS750L), a grey and red mini chainsaw with attachments for tree-lopping, and a black 1200 watt router (serial number 03123298).

Detective Constable Teresa Barraclough, of Liskeard CID, said: ‘If the power tools are yours or you know who they belong to, please get in touch.’

A 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft of a motor vehicle and has been released on bail.
