Devon and Cornwall Police are holding an award ceremony today (Thursday, March 17) to honour the professionalism and commitment of police officers, staff and volunteers from across Cornwall.The ceremony will take place at County Hall, Truro and the awards will be presented by Chief Superintendent Jim Pearce, Detective Superintendent Stephen Parker, Superintendent Ian Drummond-Smith and Acting Superintendent Mark Bolt. DS 13751 Tim Wright will receive the Chief Superintendent’s Commendation for his outstanding work and dedication on Operation Woodlark in Looe.
