Firefighters using a winch helped paramedics recover a patient suffering from obesity from a property.

Five firefighters on one appliance from Callington helped with the removal of the patient from their property earlier today.

Access was from the first floor via an external staircase. 

Once rescued, using a stretcher and a winch, the casualty was pulled up a steep access road to a waiting Ambulance.
