A BRAWL that broke out near Torpoint Community College last night (March 8) may have led to a disturbance on the Torpoint Ferry involving up to 20 youths, say police.
Police were told of the fight just before 7pm.
The disturbance which broke out shortly after on the ferry was linked to the earlier fight, officers believe.
Two boys, both aged 16, were arrested on suspicion of assault. One boy, also aged 16, was found to be in possession of a pen knife and screwdriver and was arrested on suspicion of carrying an offensive weapon. All three have been bailed until March 18 pending further enquiries.
Torpoint’s neighbourhood team are investigating and have asked anyone with any information to call 101 quoting log number 771 for March 8.
