Firefighters from Polruan and Looe dealt with a chimney fire in Richmond Road, Pelynt on Friday evening (April 28).

Teams said the access to the flue of the log burner involved was limited. A hosereel jet, a triple extension ladder and a roof ladder were used to put out the fire.
