Fire service crews had to remove a woodburner from a property after being called to put out a chimney fire.
A hosereel was used on the chimney of a property at South Petherwin on Saturday night (February 18). The alarm was raised shortly before 9pm.
A thermal image camera was used to check for hot spots in the loft and in the roof space of the adjoining property.
Crews remained on scene using a monitor to check the temperature of the chimney breast.
