FIREFIGHTERS answering a 999 call to Pensilva Foredown found a car well alight.

The crew, from Bodmin, used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel in putting out the blaze.

They then moved the car into a safe place while the owner arranged for its removal.

The cause was accidental.
