Anti-social behaviour has led to Gunnislake’s public toilets being closed at night time.

There has been a spate of incidents, said Calstock Parish Council, which took on the running of the toilets around two years ago.

Photographic evidence has been forwarded to the police, and the council says it will seek to prosecute if an offender can be identified.

The toilets, next to the public car park off the A390, were open 24 hours a day. But the council says it will now lock the facility overnight some nights of the week until it reviews the situation in October.
