THERE have been accidents on South East Cornwall’s roads today (Wednesday) as motorists contend with high winds, rain and surface water.
Police attended a collision on the A38 at Catchfrench at around 11am where vehicles had left the road, and westbound lanes were closed for around an hour.
Reports of an accident on the A390 near East Taphouse came in at just after 12.30pm.
Police are urging motorists to take care, switch on headlights and drive to the suit the conditions.
The B3247 near Military Road in Antony was flooded and just passable at 12.15pm
