THE culmination of another superb sailing season both on and off the water was reached when members, young and older, got together at Looe Bay Holiday Park for one of the best attended dinner and dances in Looe Sailing Club's history.

What was really so encouraging was the fact that the presentations were attended by so many junior members – the lifeblood and future of the club – and that they thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

Commodore John Crabb thanked everyone who had helped with both club sailing and the Fireball National championships during the summer, and for making his first year in office such a success.
