A 26-point performance from Max Venables helped Saltash to victory over their already relegated rivals, Liskeard-Looe.

The hosts are already contemplating playing their rugby in Cornwall One next season but, with plenty of pride to play for, took the lead with a try from flanker Lewis Elliot.

The visitors cut the deficit with a penalty kick from Venables and, just before the break, he went over for a try that gave his side the lead.
