LISKEARD-LOOE DARTS LEAGUE

THE new trebles champions of the league are Paul Bray, Darren Thomas and Paul Gibbs of the Sportsmans who, after a 2-1 win against Lauren Adams, Amy Gale and Tanya Edwards in their semi-final, beat Mike James, Andy and Matt Swiggs of East Taphouse in the final.

Doubles champions for the fifth season in succession are Lee Gibbs and Francis Julian, also of the Sportsmans who, following their win against Adam Saunders and Chris Burn of Halfway in their semi-final, beat Steve Crane and George Cartwright of Rivercroft in the final.

The singles championship for the second year running went to Andy Grant, of the Rally Club, who defeated Geoff Saunders, of Halfway, in his semi-final, and followed this with a 2-1 win in the final against John Chudleigh, of the Marquee Bar.
