Cawsand Bay Sailing Club have always been keen to encourage local children into the sport, and held a series of training evening sails from the beach in dinghies bought by the club for this purpose.

This summer's courses were over-subscribed and so the club expect to hold more courses in 2015.

The culmination of the courses was the recent presentation of certificates to all the cadets on successfully completing the course.
