WITH one round remaining in the East Section, it is still wide open as to who will qualify for the final against West Section winner Phil Lane, of St Rumons.

Barrie McIntosh (Tregonissey SC) climbed to the top of the table on frame difference thanks to a 5-1 win over previous leader Andy Ridgeman (Callington SC).

McIntosh made breaks of 58, 49 and 48, while Ridgeman knocked in a 42.

Darran Lock (Lostwithiel SC) moved level on points after also gaining a 5-1 victory, over Gary Spencer (Bugle WMC).
