Liskeard-Looe U15s joined forces with Camborne U15s in a fixture against Newquay Hellcats who were made up of girls from Newquay, St Austell and Helston and Launceston. There was some great play from both sides, but Liskeard had the edge with the backs dominating the game from the start and the forwards keeping Newquay Hellcats from the try line, especially in the second half. The U18s also joined with Camborne but were at a disadvantage as they had not played together before and lost 20-7 in a tight and well-fought contest
Liskeard-Looe also took part in Cornwall trials and had seven U15s and three U18s selected to play for Cornwall this season.
