FOUR members of the Peninsula Fly Fishers' Federation represented England in the Loch Style Fly Fishing International at Bewl, Kent.

Loch Style fishing is in boats, usually containing two anglers and drifting freely with the wind; in this case there was a third person, whose job it was to control the boat and ensure fair play between competitors.

Three of the Peninsula quartet hail from the South West: Roger Truscott, from Liskeard; Denis Symonds, from Launceston, and Simon Kidd, from Plymouth.
