SALTASH won the Division Four County cup final at Liskeard, defeating Botallack and St Levan by 120 runs to add to the Division Four East title and the Roseveare Cup triumph in a magnificent treble-winning season.

The final itself was a one-sided affair, although Saltash were a little disappointed with their batting total of 197 as some batsmen played loose shots, while a couple of others were on the wrong end of some debatable decisions, to say the least.

However, 197 proved to be more than enough as paceman Ian Smith destroyed Botallack, blowing away the top order with his pace and late inswing.
