Duchy College lecturer Nicola Rowley has triumphed in the European Biathle Championships in Turkey – coming home with a silver medal.

Nicola, who is the programme manager for tournament golf at Duchy College, took part in the event along with athletes from 14 countries.

Biathle is a continuous run, swim, run event under the governing body of Modern Penthalon in which competitors complete a 1,500m run, followed by a 200m sea swim and then another 1,500m run.
