ST MELLION INTERNATIONAL RESORT

ST Mellion's men and ladies contested their Golf Club Championships last weekend. There was a full entry for the first round over the Kernow on the Saturday, with the weather very sunny and the course in excellent condition. The cut was made for the top 60 men to play in the second round over the Nicklaus Course the following day. At the end, the scores for the Club Championship were tied between Martin Lee and David Sleat, both with a gross score of 150. Therefore, a play-off was needed to determine the winner, with Lee eventually securing victory.
