A SOUTH-easterly wind and the tide in Looe Bay made launching difficult last Saturday, particularly for some of the less experienced sailors. However, the crews of all 26 dinghies that made it to the start-line enjoyed a good day, with surprisingly few capsizes. It was good to see seven Redwings take to the water. Peter Kinver and Colin Crabb battled for the early lead, but Kinver got in front and increased his advantage over the four rounds to take top position.
