A STRONG team of 21 East Cornwall Harriers were among the field of 359 runners taking part in this year's 'Treggy 7' race.
Organised by Laun-ceston Road Runners, the event is the 12th on the Cornish Grand Prix calendar and, while it boasts 'just one hill', being nearly a mile long the hill is hugely significant. Condtitions were hot, with an early breeze giving way to sunshine and airless lanes.
First back for the Harriers was the steadily-improving Brian Gravener, who clocked an exceptional time of 45.07 for 33rd place overall.
